Website Transfer Details

In order to provide you with web service we ask that you help us by providing us with the following information.

In North America

• For companies requiring a new domain name, we’ll research and purchase your domain for you.
• If you have an existing domain, you will need to have it pointed to your new site on our server.

This can be done in one of two ways: You can either transfer the domain to our server or you can redirect the domain to our server. If you would like us to handle this for you, please provide us with the following information:

• Name of hosting company currently in charge of your domain
• Your username and password

In Australia

• We cannot purchase Australian domains from Canada so you will need research and purchase your domain in your own country.
• If you have an existing domain, you will need to have your hosting company redirect your domain and point it to our server.  
• Once your site is approved for launch we will provide you with the information to give to your hosting company.

For Clients with Existing Websites

To have MMC manage your existing website we require the following information:

• Server access (URL, Account details, Username, Password)
• ftp information (Host, Username, Password)
• Database access
• Contact information for Web Master
• If you are unsure of these details please authorize us to work with your current provider so that we can manage this on your behalf.
